Welcome to Vegas Now. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your VegasNow account and every service we provide, including our sportsbook, live casino and promotional offers. By registering an account and using www.vegasnow.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our separate Bonus Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Who We Are and Our Licence

We are Just Entertainment B.V., registered under No. 160603 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, named in our footer and in clause 1.1 of these Terms. We operate Vegas Now Casino under licence No. OGL/2024/164/0246, authorised by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Eligibility and Your VegasNow Account

You must be at least 18 years old to register a VegasNow account and to use any of our services. We permit one account per person, household, address, e-mail, IP address, telephone number, payment card or e-wallet. To create your Vegas Now casino login, simply register, verify your identity and complete your first deposit. We do not operate a no-account casino model, so a verified account is required before you can play with real money. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

When you make a VegasNow deposit, we process it instantly and free of charge through credit card, Paysafe, Neosurf, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, MuchBetter, Interac, AstroPay, iDebit or cryptocurrency, including BTC, ETH, BCH, XRP, BNB, DOGE, TRX, ADA, LTC, USDT and USDC. Minimum deposits start at 20 EUR/USD/CHF, 30 AUD/CAD/NZD, or the crypto equivalent. Every payment method must be registered in your own name; we do not accept third-party funding. When you request a Vegas Now withdrawal, we process payouts free of charge through the same channels, subject to identity verification and an anti-fraud review. We apply daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits — for example, 4,000 USD/EUR/CHF per day, 8,000 per week and 30,000 per month, or the equivalent in your currency or crypto — and a maximum cumulative daily profit limit of USD 50,000 applies; any excess profit may be voided in full. Every deposit carries a 3x wagering requirement, meaning you must place bets of at least three times the deposited amount before related funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses and VegasNow Bonus Codes

Games, Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute arising from your use of our services is settled exclusively by arbitration in Curaçao under the Curaçao Civil Procedure Rules. Your rights and obligations under this agreement are non-transferable, as set out in article 83 paragraph 2 of book 3 of the Civil Code of Curaçao.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms and our Bonus Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable regulations or business practices. We recommend reviewing this page periodically; your continued use of your VegasNow account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your Responsibilities as a Player

• You must provide accurate registration details when you register your VegasNow account and keep your login credentials confidential.
